Five-Star WR Shelton Sampson Jr. Commits To LSU

Elite five-star wide receiver Shelton Sampson Jr. announced his commitment to LSU on Saturday.

The Baton Rouge native picked the Tigers over Alabama, Texas A&M, and Florida State.

The 6-4, 185-pound prospect from Catholic High School is rated the No. 4 wide receiver in the country and the No. 3 overall player from the state of Louisiana for the class of 2023, according to the 247 Composite Rankings.

LSU now has 18 verbal commitments for the class of 2023 with the addition of Sampson Jr.

I follow recruiting relentlessly and WR’s Brown and Sampson were high 5*’s all year long and when they sign with us all of a sudden some of those recruiting sites have them as high 4*’s. I say F them and to hell with those fake arse Bama driven sites, we have 2 extremely talented high 5* WR’s committed that will be wreaking havoc on the SEC and the rest of college football. And to cap off THE BOOT recruiting we have to get the QB, OT and that DB the rest will be icing on the proverbial cake.
