Boise State Safety Ty Benefield Commits To LSU

LSU landed a commitment from Boise State safety Ty Benefield on Tuesday.
Benefield, a 6-2, 205-pound defender from Altadena, Calif., played in 41 games over the last three seasons with the Broncos.
He leaves Boise State with 235 total tackles, 18 tackles for loss, five interceptions, three fumble recoveries, and two forced fumbles.
Benefield was an All-Mountain West First Team selection this past season and was named Mountain West Championship Defensive MVP.
