Both D1 Baseball and Baseball America released updated NCAA Tournament Bracket projections on Wednesday.

D1 Baseball has LSU hosting the Baton Rouge regional as the No. 2 overall seed, matching up with the Conway, S.C. (Coastal Carolina) regional.

Baton Rouge Regional:
1. LSU (2)
2. Dallas Baptist
3. SE Louisiana
4. Maine

Conway Regional:
1. Coastal Carolina (15)
2. Wake Forest
3. Arizona State
4. Fairfield

Baseball America has the Tigers as the No. 3 seed, paired with the Corvallis (Oregon State) regional.

Baton Rouge Regional:
1. LSU (3)
2. Louisville
3. Southeastern Louisiana
4. Wright State

Corvallis Regional:
1. Oregon State (14)
2. Oregon
3. Cal Poly
4. Utah Valley

LSU (36-9, 14-7 SEC) is currently ranked No. 2 in all of the major College Baseball polls. The Tigers begin a three-game series at Texas A&M, starting on Friday night.

Hope we have more home SEC series to close out season than away. That's what this comes down to. Winning a top 15 SEC road series is unlikely for any team.
