Talented LSU baseball transfer Jacob Berry is projected to be Collegiate Baseball’s 2022 National Player Of The Year.
Berry transferred to LSU from Arizona this offseason, following new head coach Jay Johnson to Baton Rouge.

The transfer switch-hitter from the University of Arizona hit .352 last season with 17 homers, 19 doubles, 5 triples and 70 RBI as a freshman for the Wildcats.
He was named Co-National Freshman Player of The Year in 2022 by Collegiate Baseball and is expected to be a high first round pick in the 2022 MLB Draft with another good season.
