Former LSU infielder Collier Cranford announced his transfer to Kansas this week.

Cranford, a sophomore from Zachary, La., will reunite with new Jayhawks head coach Dan Fitzgerald who served as LSU's assistant coach and recruiting coordinator last season.

Good luck to him. I'll never forget him hitting a triple when he got the start at 3b after Berry got injured and then puking right by the foul line before coming in to score.

Been there a lot. I wouldn’t really categorize it as a “nice place”. It’s not a dump, but it’s bland and forgettable in just about every way.
