Here's Arch Manning In Full Texas Uniform Throwing Up Horns At His Weekend Visit
© Matt Cashore-USA TODAY Sports
Arch Manning took his talents on a visit to the University of Texas this past weekend. That's where he and fellow recruits, five-star running back Rueben Owens and four-star wide receiver Johntay Cook, threw up the “hook ’em” horns alongside Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian... Pe 247sports.com...
quote:

Similar to the Clemson visit, Manning got to chat with players on the Texas team and ask them how they’re liking the transition under this new staff. Proximity and the similarities between Austin and New Orleans also make Texas an attractive option.

considering people behind the scenes think he is bound to Sark/Texas, thats not true. If sark were still at Bama, this would even be a question where he is going

I think he ends up in the SEC. Texas is a nice program, but they are in a rebuild in one of the weaker P5 conferences.

Why aren't coaches in better shape? Not like they can't hop on a treadmill/elliptical and talk thru stuff with assistants or watch some tape.

You want to put your trust and potential NFL career in the hands of a recovering alcoholic coach that was a total failure the last time he was entrusted in a major head coaching job? Play for a team that has been terrible since Colt McCoy got destroyed by Bama over 10 years ago? Texas hasn't played a relevant game in ages and is in a lame conference.
