Huge Trees Are Falling During Play At The Masters

Water saturation/softening of Georgia red clay and shallow rooted yellow pines don't take much to topple especially with any wind. Probably had 14 of these taken down in our back yard in ATL during the years, beetles can really weaken them as well. Those people were lucky.

So what's the reason for these falling? Can't believe they are playing in weather so bad that it's knocking trees down.

Sounds like some of the groundskeepers will be hitting the unemployment lines.
