situps/crunches are horrible for your hips flexurs. there's a reason they are being replaced with plank and side plank in most fitness plans. too many injuries.

At my peak shape I could do 100 sit ups in 2:00 minutes. Depending on discipline she could of pulled this off in 30 minutes to an hour.

It’s not hair nor a scar in pic one. She obviously had had a baby recently and that is the linea nigra, or “line of pregnancy”. Pretty common in black and brown pregnant females.
