Is this a public schopl that accepts Federal funding? If so, then this is a problem. The Constitution and SCOTUS have ruled on several similar issues in favor of the student i.e. forcing public schools to allow homeschool kids play sports, muslims who don't stand during Ramadan. If this is a private school or hasnt accepted Federal money then they are fine.

I've been so conditioned by the media, I almost got offended by this. Thank god my parents raised me right. You show respect for the country you don't insult it because you disagree with a current political climate.
