This is bonkers. Watch Max Park set a new world record last Sunday, solving the 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube in just 3.13 seconds...

Best I can do is a minute thirty. Lol. This dude can finish his before I get a white cross.

It's impressive, but the clock should start at the reveal. Kind of BS he gets to study it before the clock starts.

Yep. He looked at and handled it for 10 seconds. I could not solve it at all but this took more than 3 seconds to solve

But wouldn't the previous record holder gotten the same benefit?

I kind of like them at this point. It's a dead give-away of those to avoid.

Assuming from the reactions of all the nerds...some kind of major record breaker??

I believe there is Netflix Doc on this guy. He is autistic and the doc was about the previous record holder befriending him and supporting him even when it was obvious he was going to break his record. It's a good watch, especially if you kids with Rubiks cubes.

There was a BBC podcast about the previous record guy and how he took this autistic kid under his wing. It's a good listen but also sad at times that all this kid wants to do is solve Rubik's cube. That's the joy in his life.

I'm still trying to solve one that my parents bought me in 1993.
