Well, I came here to tear down how the player probably wasn't following the rules on an offensive play, but that was some great defense. But thos video shows you all you need to know about playing flag football...mostly 90% show, and 10% skill. Look at what everyone is decked out with.

Reggie Ragland made a play like that a couple years ago.

Really. My sons middle school team has done that twice this year. And they aren't very good.
