Auburn landed a huge commitment on Wednesday morning when five-star prospect Kyle Davis, the No. 1 wide-receiver in the country for 2016, announced his verbal pledge to the Tigers via Twitter:

The 6-foot-1.5, 218-pound receiver from Archer High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia, chose the Tigers over Georgia and Tennessee.

Auburn now have 16 commitments for the class of 2016.

Auburn's #1 WR (Louis) gets plenty of touches and chances to make plays.

Not a very smart decision. Hope he still happy in 3-4 yrs when he looks back on his ho-hum career. Malzahn's gimmick offense will not utilize him effectively
