He's implying that he needs a shot of whisky to go in that coke bottle. Notice he left the water alone.

Nobody like Nick. I'm not answering any more questions, kiss my behind, I gotta game to get ready for so ya'll can go jump in the lake. He and Belichick could change body's and you'd never know who was who.

I just can't understand how other schools haven't reached out to GoodOleLess in regards to some of these openings at other schools. I suppose it must be the buyout amount being so huge. It's a good thing we have him locked up until 2035.By then he may be referred to as GoodOleLess Bowden .

He gets excellent assistant coaches for several reasons...1). He is successful; 2). He works hard at his craft; 3). He interacts with other coaches on a professional level and works his network coaches that have benefitted from working on his staff; and 4). He is capable of interviewong prospective coaches because he proficient with the English language.....I don't remember anybody ever referring to coaches who worked under Miles as being from the "Milies" family of coaches....he hires his friends...he wastes a scholarship on Kragthorpe and his son????? ...can you imagiine the tortured syntax in a Miles interview????..how can you communicate your goals, values, insights,...anything...when you are non-conversant in the english language???

How is Saban able to attract great assistant coaches, but Miles can't? I bet Saban won't even feel the effects if both Smart and Kiffen left at the end of this year. Next year will be business as usual and they will still be the team to beat in the SEC West. How does he do it?

@Ansu Sesay

Let me venture a guess.

"Talk to the coke bottle" is derived from "Talk to the hand." It originated as a contemptuous way of saying one does not want to hear what the person who is speaking is saying.

Given Saban's many "joyful" sessions with the sports media, I think this is in the ballpark.

I don't completely understand what he is implying here. Is he saying ask the coke bottle because like Coke, there is a lot of money involved?

Is he saying ask the bottle making some type of alcohol reference?

Or is he saying ask the bottle because the bottle is more likely to have a logical answer than Saban?

Riddle me this, Lar'.
