Nick Saban Responds To QB Jalen Hurts' Coaching Staff Criticism
Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports
Last week Alabama QB Jalen Hurts criticized the Crimson Tide coaching staff for the way they have handled the situation on the QB competition between him and Tua Tagovailoa. On Wednesday, head coach Nick Saban responded to those comments...

“Every player has a right to express what he feels and what he thinks,” Saban said, via Michael Casagrande of “And I think he has every right to do that with every coach or anybody in the organization that he has a relationship with, which we certainly do quite often with all players at all positions.”

“The same parameters that we’ve talked about before in terms of who wins the team. And winning the team goes along with execution, leadership, players having confidence and belief. And that’s not going to change. I don’t really have any more to say about it than that. I don’t think it is anything that has affected our team one way or the other.”

Why is he a scumbag? For making a change and winning a national title. There’s 100 kids on that team, not just 1.

A person who hates Nick Saban hates winning and what it takes to win.

What Saban actually said is "quit being a bitch about feels. If you have a problem go talk to a coach, any coach. I'm not going to let this incident change who starts at qb, but unless you can perform better than TT did in the second half of National Championship game we have a headset with your name on it. Whine or don't whine, I don't care, just shut up and play ball.

Sounds like what he tried to say is that if you can't read pass coverage well enough to throw downfield, but blame the coaches for starting a guy who can, and then have your mom and dad flap their gums like you're in the 3rd grade, the rest of the team will see your bullshite, call you on it, and you'll end up wearing a headset with no microphone instead of a helmet.
