Jones really tore it up at the combine. Belichick was completely amazed at Jones performance.

Mac Jones is trash. Dude got his name from a. Mississippi pimp. We all know he is nowhere near Tua and last I checked (just last week) the dolphins had talks about trading the best an to come out of bama.

Ghost_of_big_Leak wakes up every morning and the first thought in his head is....Bama

Tom Brady just won a superbowl in his first year with a brand new team. He beat the living shite out of one of the most mobile QB's in the NFL. You're talking Dildo and I have no idea why people sit and listen to you jizz nonsense.

Yeah and Saban is finished and the dynasty is over. Gus Malzhan will run him out of Tuscaloosa. This guy is the biggest dumbass in sports media.

It will be fun to see when Mac Jones proves everyone wrong, just like he did last season.

Is he going to drafted along with his 5 star offensive line and receivers too?

Clyde sounds big triggered

Every player in the nfl is a 5 star player by time they leave college.

A quick Google search of "Joe Burrow Colin Cowherd" will tell you just how wrong he can be sometimes. He backtracked on it, but the dude has to do that alot. "Saban is done." How many times has he said that?

I keep tryin to search that but google autocorrects his name to Colin Cowturd

Sometimes mobility is a negative, because they give up on the play and run. If you aren't mobile, you have to make great pre snap reads, have a great feel for where the pressure is coming from and get rid of the ball quick.

Bama quarterbacks usually don't turn out well lol

Alabama has 3 QB's in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They have 4 Super Bowl Championships among them. I don't know what team you are a fan of, but I bet it's less.

Just to be clear - the reason I know your team has less super bowl winning QBs is because Alabama has the most of any team outside Purdue, which it is tied with.

Mac is the best QB from the SEC in long time. He had the greatest season ever last season.

Cowherd is a dumbass and wrong about this topic. But didn’t Jones not look very good during his workout?
Reply1 month
He looked bad, but someone will take him mid-to-late, pay him some cash, and get him on their practice field and see what he can/ can't do. Maybe he wins a spot, maybe not.

I am no fan of his either, but he put the work in and deserves a chance, without some dickhead, that never played any ball, denigrating him on a national platform.

Mac Jones is another mediocre Alabama QB made better by his team and coach. Will do nothing in the NFL.

I hate the gumps, but Jones is one of the QBs Saban has had there.

I'm no fan of Mac Jones but Brady is the GOAT and runs a 6.0 40. His argument is pretty stupid. The QB position is more about what's between your ears than how fast you can run a 40.

Agree offshoretrash. The argument is dumb when you have 2 HoF QB's in Manning and Brady that were not mobile. Peyton was OK in 20's. I think he could be a decent NFL qb with lots of study and work. Mobility and arm strength are not the end all factors. The bulk of it is between their ears and how fast they make good decisions.

The argument doesn't become invalid just because 2 GOATs were immobile. The game has changed and now aways if you can not move you will not be successful.

So the game has changed, tiger25? Tom Brady, at age 43, just threw for 4,600 yards, 40 TDs, and won his seventh Super Bowl ring as a starting QB. He's been "immobile" for the entirety of his career. And it's not like Jones is as slow as molasses. He ran a 4.7 40 at Alabama's Pro Day.
