The Alabama graduate judge who recused himself to avoid a conflict of interest got assigned to another judge, who also graduated from Alabama. quote from ESPN "The case was reassigned to Judge Daniel Pruet, an Alabama graduate who is overseeing the murder case involving former Crimson Tide player Darius Miles."
