Bret Bielema, He has won at the highest levels when at Wisconsin. He has not done well at Arkansas, but he has been to the Rose bowl and a BCS bowl. That is more than the other two can say. ...

THey played a 3 oclock game in Knoxville the day before. The game got over around 7-8. He probably got on a plance around 10-11. Got back to Missouri around 2-3. He was probably smoking in his car because he lives in the dorms and didnt want to set off a smoke alarm. He was probably just puffing ...
Probably not much different. He was about as unprepared to be a DI head coach in the SEC as Odom was. We can hope and pray that Odom figures it out, but there is not a lot to find that is positive right now. ...
Texas A&M back in the 90's. It was the first time in several years we had been on national television and we lost 70 something to nothing. ...

I wonder if Golden and Ray know Odom well. Odom would be smart to invite them back to speak with the team during the off season. He could invite them in to town the same weekend as a big recruit is visiting. If Mizzou is going to ever compete with the big boys, these type of NFL players need to be...

Does anyone else think the up tempo offense is hurting the Defense this year. They are out there all night long. SO far the offense has only been any good against the cream puffs, for one half against Georgia and in mop up time against WVU. If our D is having a tough time maybe slowing down and k...
I was wrong. I really thought we were going to make this a competitive game. We were totally outmanned last night. This is typical for being a Mizzou fan. Hoping for the best but bracing for the cup shot. ...
Do you guys still think Heupel is a candidate for the LSU job or the soon to be available Auburn and Texas jobs. He will be here for a while unless we make a return trip to Atlanta next year. ...

IMO with all of the distractions/changes there are more reasons to think LSU will come out and lay an egg this weekend. None of you have given reasons as to why LSU is going to be so fired up or focused for this game. Mizzou needs to get going early and not get overwhelmed by the crowd. ...

WHy is the general consensus on this board that LSU will come out fired up and focused this Saturday? The LSU locker room is full of a bunch of guys who signed to come to LSU and play for Les Miles. Firing Les mid-season should really tick them off. If they get behind early I could easily see ...
You are probably right. I think the teams that would not want Texas in are: LSU Arkansas aTm Mizzou Florida probably That is probably enough to keep them out. ...

I am just saying that I think this game is going to be a lot closer than you think it will be. If I am wrong than you can call me on it. The atmosphere will be awesome on Saturday and I hope a competitive game lives up to the atmosphere. ...

I think you guys are awfully confident. You really think a new coaching staff can pull the locker room together in a week with all the distractions going on regarding the coaches. Mizzou is getting better every game. Their offense is for real. If Mizzou has less than 2 turnovers and less than ...
Lsu and Georgia just fired two coaches who did better then that for longer than 10 years. If you told me today, we would win 90 games over the next ten years I would take it to the bank. These two programs are going to regret firing Richt and Miles. ...

re: Who is LSU looking at HC?

I think they will have a hard time getting the best coaches to come there unless they really open up the wallets. Miles did everything there but beat Saban or win a NC every other year. If i have a good job I would not leave it for LSU and I think other coaches will think the same. ...
