Alabama: fricking regressing. Idk. Can they even get any better?
Arkansas: regressed
Barn: they're better than last year. Improving
Florida: back to back east titles, has to be an improvement.
Georgia: regressing. Should've never fired Richt IMO
Kentucky: finally bowl eligible. After the win over Louisville they're definitely on the up. Improving.
LSU: O is the savior!!! No, seriously, they're regressing.

State: regressing even after the demolition today
Ole Miss: no words. A shell of our former selves
South Carolina: no one expected them to win today, but no one expected them to lose that bad. They're bowl eligible though so I'll say an improvement on last season
10RC: gtfo Lyle. Life championships no longer cut it

Mizzou: Mixed improvement on the rebuild. Finished with wins on Vandy and arky. Put 700 yds. on tenny, but still lost...so defense regressed. HC is learning how to be a HC but kept the team playing hard. Can we recruit???

By what time frame? And what metric?
Arkansas came in the season with real question marks at qb and rb and put out the sec rushing yards leader and the second leading passer, both of which return. We were predicted to win 6-games this year we have a chance at eight. We lost to Missouri which sucks and wet paper towels play better defense than we do but I don't see by any serious mwtric
