I agrees. Printz will follow Franklin not Mauk I saw highlights..not impressed
With low expectations from other SEC fan bases. Mizzou will be the bounce back/ most improved team in the SEC not OM
He'll yessss and if you have CBS SN you get USC-Hawaii late what a way to open the season live football til 3am
If the golden domers played an SEC schedule they would go 5-3 to 4-4 in conference that's why the chose the ACC to keep their wins close to 10 a season. If ND played Mizzou's schedule in 2012 they wouldn't of played 'Bama last year or made a BCS game for that matter. I say SEC boycotts Notre Dame til they join a conference.

The recruiting in Texas is not the reason. Maybe because the "Brains" of the operation isn't very creative. For example Alabama's rotation at Mizzou at Kentucky and Florida at home early in the season just in case they get upset in September they can still make the playoff. These conferences regardless of the name always cater to 2-4 teams they rest are just not that important.

Why is Mizzou and A&M playing in 2014? Where's the rotating schedule?
Tigers will sweep non conference schedule. Being realistic. 4-4 in SEC would be improvement. If we have a winning record in the SEC I would be thrilled.

This website always love Mizzou. It must have a bunch of J-School grads working for them. Number 24 I'll take it. 5-0 start not out of the question until trip to Athens.
It is a perfect fit. Mizzou will not be going to the Big 10. Look at the city of Columbia. It's growing like a weed. Just in the last year because of the switch to SEC. We were never appreciated in the Big 12 even after going to the Championship game. Mizzou was pissed. Like I've said before a bunch of VIP's in the SEC has Missouri ties. We are not going anywhere we (Missourians) LOVE the new conference. The only ones that are not happy are the Kansas City folks who love the Kansas-Mizzou rivalry. That wasn't enough to keep us in the Big 12. Don't be surprise if the 15-16 team are Kansas (basketball) and Kansas St (football) are the newest members. Or it will be UNC-Duke. One if the last members will have a very good basketball school.
This is a johnnie come lately poll it has no merit look at the same list in 5 years half of names will be different

Polls shouldn't come out til October play some fricking games first. Teams in the top 5 already have advantage unless they drop 2 in the first month.
The Penn State punishment opened eyes on the NCAA. NCAA took a report and ran with it. The bowl games are a joke. For people not involved in the NCAA and making 6-7 digit paydays because they "own" a bowl (that's why there is not a true playoff). It's ludicrous. I say the SEC take the bull by balls and end this BS.
How bout NFL teams paying the stipend for NCAA football players.
No. What bothers me is A&M selling a seat at a dinner to sit with their two Heisman winners for $20,000 and one is a sophomore.

Pinkle should get 3 years in the SEC. Big 12 to SEC was a bigger jump than anticipated.
Maty Mauk #2 QB at Mizzou. Franklin can't handle pain. He will bench himself. Mauk will save season for Pinkle.

Mizzou and SEC Membership

I've read over and over the bashing of Mizzou's SEC existence. I wanted the Tigers inaugural SEC to be as successful as advertised. With A&M's surprising success, the Aggies made the expansion look good. Producing Johnny Football was a bonus. The addition of TV's in KC and St. Louis is the only reason Mizzou is in the SEC. I've embraced the conference always rooting for SEC teams. The sports radio in St. Louis is totally clueless as far as the SEC is concerned. They can barely get the schools and scores correct. Hopefully over time it will change. The spirit of college football is alive and well in the SEC. Any Mizzou or A&M fan who took advantage of the SEC resources of coverage probably were blown away by the 24/7 365 days of interest. Not your typical fanbase. Also, the Aggies and Tiger brass are laughing at the Big 10 and 12 saying look at us we are in the best conference in college sports while expansion is hot and SEC splits revenue evenly . We are the smartest guys in the room. But not until the Tigers win conference games will we garner any respect. The divisions need to be realigned but that's for another discussion. Mike Slive is not done with expansion that's why the SEC is dragging it's feet on future schedules.
