What Are Your Favorite March Madness Memories?

I'm not sure what you mean.
Georgia plays defense, and Maten is a man. Good luck.
Geist should have electrodes implanted that shock him every time he jacks up a 3.
Hopefully that fires them up a little.

Wish I was there......head on over to the Hill sit back at Rigazzi's or Charlie Gitto's....don't think you can go wrong at either one....and Gioias has some of the best sandwiches in St. Louis....skip the tourney and just eat .....it's an underrated food town.....I used to like Mike Shannon's too bad it closed down

If not venturing to the Hill, Gioia's has opened a downtown location. Gitto's, too, of course.

Mike Shannon's one of the aforementioned unfortunate casualties of Ballpark Village. A shame. They still have one at the airport if you're in Concourse A, but not the same as the original.

Missouri -- Dan Dierdorf

While Dierdorf played his pro football in the State of Missouri for the football Cardinals, he went to college at Michigan. He's still the color man on Michigan football radio broadcasts.

Not that anyone here cares about Missouri, but I'd go Kellen Winslow. Mel Gray, Roger Wherli and Chase Daniel honorable mention.

I think Derrick Thomas is probably nearly unanimous among Bama fans who know what he did.

RIP Derrick. Only Chiefs game I was able to go to while in KC was his seven sack game. Amazing. Almost as amazing was that KC somehow still managed to lose the game. Derrick was SO close to #8 on the last play of the game. LINK

The Westin is the best play if you can find it for a cost you're comfortable with. Very nice hotel just down Clark Street from Scottrade, with Tin Roof/Wheelhouse basically across the street to the West/South and Ballpark Village across the street to the East.

SEC hasn't moved it out of Nashville. They said SECT will be in Nashville 3 out of every 4 years IIRC, and they'll move it around for that 4th year. I would assume Houston or Dallas will get it for one year a few years from now.

In the good news department, the St. John’s win looks A LOT better than it did a week ago.
NCAA MBK

Also note the player of the week and the sidebar story about Washington. The Huskies clearly have some talent (beat ku in KC earlier in the season, too), and appear to be playing themselves into the tournament as well, but you wouldn't have known it from the job Lorenzo Romar did last year. Thank goodness he got fired!

I'm guessing Mangino doesn't eat a lot of fruit. He's more of a meat and taters kind of guy.
