I think the older brother told LSU he wouldn't go pro unless he was offered a certain amount of money. He then signed for less than said amount and it pissed the LSU staff off. I can't blame 'em either. I'm not sure LSU even offered the younger brother...hence his commitment to OM. Based on the brothers actions, I would give this kid a less than 10% chance of ever playing in Oxford.

Glad to see Alabama not naming a non-instate commit Mr. Football. I figure if Winston had stayed in-state he would have gotten the nod. Unfortunately, that's not always the case in Mississippi.

And before the "top talent leaves MS" remarks start, OM and MSU have been doing a good job, as of late, keeping the top kids at home.

Don't forget the kid from Prattville whose name escapes me (he hasn't been offered either). That's a bunch of freshmen. At least Wallace would bring JUCO experience to the table. Although, that hasn't worked too well for OM in the past either.

WOW! That's a bold statement...considering OM just went 2-10 and had a coaching change. I realize all Dogs are dancing in the street about this, but only a DA like you would actually put it in writing. Little sad that you even feel the need to say it don't you think?

I can see it now, State will pull a decent class and all of a sudden Mullen is a recruiting machine. Just remember he couldn't beat Nutt and won't beat Freeze in the years to come. And before you give the better to win on the field than in recruiting spill, this is a recruiting board so don't bother.
