No he doesn’t. He wants to win it and he will, but he doesn’t need to.

yes he does. You haven't paid attention to him enough over the years. He loses this game it will affect him deep down. It will not be just a loss on the year. He is affected by things as a child would.

Is this what endeared him to you guys? Was it the reason you guys wanted him to stay so badly?

wonder if that would be your response if Lane was still the HC at Ole Miss, I I highly doubt it.

Speaking of acting like child, that's exactly how it seems 80% of the Ole Miss fanbase has acted since Lane moved on. You guys act like the dumped ex scorned GF....its getting creepy, please move on after this game.

Yeah, well both sides have acted like children from the get go. One side is mad that his whore girlfriend left him days before the prom to go out with the dirty guy at school that takes money from the children's donation jar at gas stations.

While the other side points and laughs that they persuaded the whore to be with them.

Both are childish. This isn't about the fanbases. This is about a 50 year old coach acting like a child when he doesn't get what he wants.

I really don’t think most of you OM fans understand how devastating this loss would be for yall

If we lose, yeah it sucks but it’s year one and we still have the coach we wanted

If yall lose…sheesh. That’s basically a wrap

An Ole Miss loss breaks their psyche. It validates what Kiffin claimed when he left.

An LSU loss, contrary to what every other fan base thinks, is just a loss, three weeks into the 1st season with a new coach, who has a team loaded with new players.

I mean, he's not getting fired if he loses. But with his ego, this would be crushing from a personal perspective.

No it isn't. LSU's fan base is doing what they do with every new head coach. they think they are a lock for the natty the next ten years.

Amazing since no other loss has ever seemed to crush him.

You really think LSU fans would take the L harder than OM fans? Really?
