What do y’all think of the 50 Cast?

I like a lot of the picks, but also feel like a good chunk are underwhelming as well.

Picks I like:

Colby, Coach, Ozzy, Dee, Stephanie, Rick Devins, Mike White, Christian, Jonathon, Q, Charlie, Cirie

Would have liked to have seen Boston Rob, Parvati, Russel Hantz, and Jeremy.

People can call it sunshine pumping if they want. The truth is this is the best LSU team since 2019.

We return Nuss and that’s huge. He was better last season than both Burrow and Daniels were in their first season’s at LSU.

The defense has been completely revamped, top to bottom. We have a legitimate deep d-line, with solid edge rushers, and beef in the middle. LB room is solid with athleticism. DB room has taken a massive step up in the talent pool.

LSU has much better weapons offensively this year than last. WR room is one of the best in the country. RB room looks as good as it has in a few years. Durham should take a big step up. Stacked in the TE room too.

If the offensive line can perform cohesively as a unit, the sky is the limit. 2 big time transfers there, along with guys like Davis, Chester, and Adams.

The returning production is there. The recruiting class is there. The transfer class is there. People like to shite on Kelly, but he, along with this staff can coach. Schedule sets up nicely. Sky is the limit for this team, as long as they gel together. 10-2 regular season, but I can even see 11-1. There is not one team in the country you can say is definitively better than LSU this season.

Thank Goodness. We deserved one this period. Definitely have outplayed Edmonton in a big way the last 16 minutes. Got ourselves a game.

Noot is our 3rd starter. Evans back to the bullpen.

Figured Noot would get the start as I woke up this morning. I’m excited to see Noot out there again. He was locked in his first 4 innings against South Carolina.

Hopefully Noot can up his pitch count again, and lock in. He could be our 3rd Starter heading into the Regionals. Will let us have both Evans and Cowan in the bullpen.

It’s not dumb at all. He threw 45 pitches. He’s already off his schedule by coming in on a Friday night in relief anyways. He’s already the Saturday guy. He’s good for 100+ pitches an outing. How is him starting tomorrow on a Pitch limit dumb? What’s dumb is only using Eyanson for 45 pitches this weekend. Happy for the win, but Eyanson could start tomorrow weather y’all think so or not.

This board has shite on the offense numerous times this season, but I hear you. 3 more outs, and bring on Ole Miss.

I know a lot of our fans have been worried about Keys recruitment, but he seems pretty locked in. He’s been all LSU talk of late. Even came out with a quote with something along the lines of we’re building a special class. Sure it could be a Dakerion Moore situation, but gut tells me he sticks. I know NIL era is wild, but it doesn’t mean every recruitment isn’t going to stick anymore.

Land Brown, Land Gray, Flip Bradford. That’s 4 5*’s with Keys. Anderson probably ends up a 5*. Class is going to be loaded.
