I interact with the VA now that I am in the Texas area. When I lived in Louisiana I all but gave up on them.
Don't like the telemedicine appointments but they are very proactive and seem to care.

Ar10. I have owned and been happy with both the Smith and DPMS ar10 rifles.
PSA is a major player now and the reviews are very good. I have no experience with it however.
