App State could beat them Saturday.

Ky wins. Mizzou is a 6-6 3-5 team this year. Media jumped on them early which was unwarranted. I believe Ky will embarrass them.
Jeff Scott has made USF worse if that was possible.

"People that rag on starkville haven’t been there in 10 years. That place has come a long way".
It'll take way more than ten years to put anything more than
a band aid on starkville.

I would consider those average years for USCjr historically. We went 4-5 against you in your goldenage, now it's back to the depths of the cellar with you. Hope you have other hobbies
If I'm not mistaken, Mizzou last had a winning record in 2018. Lot of smack talk coming from their fans who have nothing to back it up with. Mizzou has been below average since about their 3-4th year in the SEC. That program is one of the few that has gotten worse since they joined the conference.
SC has had 4 of their best seasons ever since joining the SEC and finished top 10 nationally each time with two top 5 finishes. Mizzou has historically been a better program prior to SEC entry, they have been progressively slipping/treading water ever since.

They won't sniff 7-8 wins. The defense is worse than most can imagine, and that offense won't fly this year against decent or better teams. They will blow up the scoreboard vs. Bowling Green though, everybody does.

Mizzou needs to worry about their own team.....that new DC is a failed 3 time retread with literally no CFB experience and his new defensive coaches are a far cry from the ones that departed.
Mizzou fans reading too much of the misguided press that pushes them as a 3rd or 4th place East team. They will prob be a 5th or 6th place east team tbh, that young QB fizzled down the stretch last year and throws more picks than TD's. Roundtree wont be there this year to bail that offense out. Defense goes backwards in 2021. At BC is the wakeup call.
Mizzou in 2021: 6-6 3-5

The gun fell out of his basketball shorts. No report of him pointing the gun at anyone. It's funny the frat first accused 20 players on the team that were not even at the fight, they were sitting at home on their couch at their apartment. There is a lot of holes in this situation, something caused this fight, and tha.t will be telling.
Dude, the guy had a gun in his pocket/hand (wherever) on campus. A gun.

I think Bobo is going to be a bad hire. He will wreck the QB's there.

Calm down everyone, its for one week (against Eastern Illinois no less) until the starter returns.

We’ve gone to 5 bowls in a row, winning the last 3, with a shite OC and at one point a WR running at QB. We’ve hired a new OC who has brought in a decent QB. We still have a fantastic OLine. And one of the better RBs in the conference. The defense won’t take a huge step back either. There’s no reason to think they shouldn’t get some hype since deficiencies that have held them back got addressed.
That shite OC was the reason your run game was so good, and tethered to your HC philosophy, led to that nice little run you so proudly mention above. Ok, you think Ky can snap a magic finger and keep that run game with a new OL coach, new OC and new game approach? Let's see. That defense was aided by the ball control game Gran played also...again, lets see. It's not plug and play as you think. Gran dedicated a huge chunk of Ky's reps on keeping that run game elite.

Have you seen Tennessee's coach? He gained like 100 lbs. since last year.
That's a nervous disorder going on...he is eating everything in sight to take his mind off of the pressure he feels.

#1: easy schedule
#2: probably found a QB that can pass for 200 yds a game, probably...
#3: Easy to pick Stoops to field a decent team by now.
#4: Much of East is rebuilding or just not really that good.
#5: Under Stoops, UK historically has an elite running game
Now, for some reality. Nobody knows what they have at QB tbh, and in spite of all the experts predicting another great UK defense, I don't think that is a given yet either. They haven't shown any pass rush lately, LB's are unproven and thin, and we need to see what the inside DL guys do this year before anyone starts labeling them stout on defense. They could easily slip to middle of the pack on D.
I don't know if their new OL coach will be as good as what they have had in the past, and the new OC hasn't proven anything yet in CFB, so there are more questions on this team than the writers bring up. Especially thinking the run game will automatically transfer with the new OC and OL coach. That is no given. The KY fans think they can plug and play with the run offense, let's see.
The kid from Nebraska will help their receiving corps, but you won't find any playmakers after him. I'm gonna let this play out before I give them 3rd place in the east automatically. Stoops is a great gameday coach, they have that in their pocket but let's just say the passing game doesn't take off right away. The new OC was brought in to fix that, he will have to stick with it early on and i could see that taking away from what they were good at in the past...running the ball.

re: Are Heupel and Harsin ahead of the game and about to dominate the SEC?
Posted by GIJoe on 8/27/21 at 12:12 pm
Both harsin and heupel will be looking for jobs in 3-4 years...4 for heupel because UT cannot afford a quick buyout.
re: Harsin Will Win A National Championship At Auburn

Harsin lost the honeymoon when he hired Bobo. This guy is out out his element in both the SEC and the deep South. I give him 3 years.
re: Harsin posts sign in elevator

I just cannot get the feeling out of my system that Harsin is in over his head. Listen to him in pressers, that cat is all nervous ramble talk. He is feeling the weight of his decision now and I think he knows it's a way bigger job than he thought when he accepted it.

Think Nebraska 2.0.....you know, same business model just without the same historical success.
