I had no clue that Auburn fans were such pu$$Ies. The little brother energy is STRONG in that group.

Yeah, they know his kryptonite — having all his wide receivers and offensive linemen injured. We’ll see how they apply this knowledge.

Genuine question, not looking for an argument:

How do you reconcile your statement with the fact that Arnold's stat line is basically the exact same as it was through three games at OU?

Do you really feel confident that a QB averaging about 165 passing yards per game against Baylor, Ball St and USA is gonna outperform his current output on the road against OUs defense?

I think Auburn can win this game, for sure but Jackson has shown me nothing through three weeks that I didn't already see a year ago.

That said, I have only watched 1 and a half of your games (I missed Ball St) maybe I am missing something but it still appears that he slow with his reads and is hesitant to throw intermediate and deep passes. Am I wrong?
I have made no statement about the state of Oklahoma football in 2025. I have made many references to Texas being the most underperforming program in the entire sport and that their fans carry an air that is not reflected by their on field results. Care to debate that? Your fellow Longhorn fan seemed unwilling to do so.

In regards to OU, we have done what I expected to this point, we have the opportunity to do much more. Whether we will take advantage of that opportunity is anyone's guess but at this point OU looks to be a superior team to yours. We will find out if that is true as the season progresses.
I hate that I have to spell this out but YOU specifically are the defeated.

My initial post stated that Texas is irrelevant and people only give them attention due to aspects of their university and program that are unrelated to results on the field.

You responded and affirmed my post by adding additional aspects of your university and program that are not directly related to results on the field.

Your program has more resources than any other on the face of the earth and you have accomplished nearly nothing with it in 50 years.

You had no retort other than that you really don't even care that much anyways.

Have a good day dude. You may very well be at us in October but the hubris that Texas fans, including you, display with virtually NO actual results is off-putting
The final refuge of the defeated is apathy.
Of course your identity is not tied to anything based on or around football success. That is why you spent time on a message board to mention Texas' obvious and oft-wasted advantages.

Just as a side note, I realized you did not add "on-field success" as an aspect of your relevance. Instead you depend upon the trappings of success rather than actual attained success.

You are all hat and no cattle, an urban cowboy so to speak. Your mascot is quite apropos in this regard.

Texas is and has been a fraud for half a century. Enjoy your Blue Blood cosplay.
A lot of good those resources have gotten you. The most resource rich program in the sport and you have one 1 NC and 10 conference championships in the last 50 years (3 in the last 29). Meanwhile poor little ole OU has won 3 NCs and 23 conference championships. I have 3 cousins who are UT grads, I fully understand your artificially inflated esteem. Your idea of who you are is a fantasy, a figment of your imagination. Enjoy all the power and money and donors though.
Take it easy on Texas y'all. They are in the midst of their "golden era" since the 2023 season and are still only 26-6 in that time frame.

In their minds this makes them the new dominant power in the sport. Equivalent to Bama under Saban.

If they happen to lose to OU (which looks like a real possibility) they will have been 1-2 against their biggest rival during this current heyday.

They have one era of sustained success since Darrell Royal started getting depantsed by Switzer in the early 70's and even in that era (Mack) they were significantly overshadowed and consistently trounced by OU.

They are a paper tiger who is only relevant due to media, brand, geography and their own self-inflated sense of who they are supposed to be
They pretend at being a football power the same way they pretend at being in the Army. A bunch of self inflated, self felating idiots
The objective results on the field by the respective teams demonstrates a significant gap. You can use NCs as your criteria but that is a narrow definition of "winning". By that measure there is no substantial difference between Vanderbilt and Notre Dame over the last 35 years.
Please define "lately" and "won"

Last year they won 11 games. This was defined as a "down season"

Over the last 5 years they have won 56 games, 4 B12 championships, 1 NY6 game

Over the last 10 years they have won 107 games, 7 B12 championshipc championships, 3 NY6 games

Over the last 25 years they have won 256 games, 14 B12, 7 NY6 games & 1 NC

There are maybe 4/5 teams in FBS that have a better or comparable resume over those time periods.
It's amazing. You all have no self awareness.

Aggies are insufferable when they are losing. You are 1m times worse when you stumble into a win.

People root for you to lose because you don't know how to win with a modicum of humility or grace. You are the worst.

I despise UT and I was pulling for them on Sunday. Trust me, that is not because I see A&M as a bigger rival
Kendal has been quoted as saying he was going to commit to OU until they pulled his offer.

Damn it, Aggy. You are a caricature of yourself. If I didn’t know you so well I wouldn’t think it is possible to have such a small penis complex.
"Ten days ago, OU called and receded the offer,” Daniels told The Oklahoman. “That’s where I was going to go. ... I just decided to go to Texas A&M, because it was between them two.”

Oh, so Aggy...
