Leonard Scott
He was the fastest man to ever put on football uniform. He had world class speed. In his prime there were only 1 or 2 humans on Earth who were as fast as him.
Scott played for Tennessee in the late 90s.
His track times were world class time. Think Carl Lewis or Ben Johnson ...
