I just don’t get the conference thing. Did each member of the SEC get to put a trophy of LSU’s success in the case last year?

I’ve attended games in most of the stadiums around the country over the years. The old Orange Bowl at Miami was probably the worst but most entertaining venue I’ve ever been at. Fights outside the stadium pregame to multiple fights inside during the game to fights in the parking lot after the game.

The best part of the experience was Miami won the game and most if not all of the fights were between people wearing Miami colors!!

This is truly one of the reasons I love college football. Both fan bases are already looking past this week.

No matter what the Vegas line is...this game will be within 7 points.

Actually...La Tech beats the aggies on opening day. Sumlin and Kingsbury had the reigns on Manziel early and Tech could score. As evidenced by the close game against Tech later in the year.

However...the aggies beat Florida the next week with less “structured” plays that Manziel was never comfortable with. So it’s a push.

Is it because the Tyson’s, Murphy’s, Sam’s and Walmart’s don’t have the jack that Tillman does? Or is it Yurachek and Sampson not nearly the friends the media played it out to be?

Could be both but going with the latter.

I believe it’s a Title Nine issue. UTEP doesn’t either. SMU had a club team for a while. May still have it?

Dude...you’re really missing out if football is all you’re invested in. Granted...FB is my #1 too but generally game day is all you get to experience as the local bars and restaurants are all jammed up.

Take a weekend and follow basketball or baseball on the road...Americana at its finest!!
