re: DK Moore #1 WR in America committing July 4th (Oregon is the Choice)

Do we still expect him to commit tonight?
re: Need a RB in Dynasty.. Help me with a trade

If you can get Alvin Kamara for a reasonable WR. I think his value is too low this year and you may be able to get him cheap. With the new offense having Kamara and Miller could be a good combo to have. Miller should be the guy going forward. Consider drafting Kimani Vidal if he is there in the second round. With Harbaugh as the coach the Chargers will probably run the ball often.
re: 10-man 1 QB Dynasty - who should I cut?
Posted by GeauxTigers6447 on 5/16/24 at 3:57 pm
I would cut Patterson, Boutte, and CEH. I am hoping T Marshall finishes out his contract with Charlotte and signs with the Bengals, but this probably just me being a homer and pulling for Marshall.

I would keep Chase. Elite players are hard to come by.

HELL NO
re: My first call: Kirby. If he turns it down…. Sark. If he turns it down….Kiffin.

Only one man can follow Nick Saban and I think Les Miles is available.

I am concerned about the entire defense. I think we will make improvements, but I am not sure they will be ready in time for USC
re: Lance Heard & whomever is advising him are not smart.

Does anybody think Heard would get a starting job next year or even by his junior year? Not the left tackle job he wants since Campbell seems to have that nailed down, but where / when would he get his chance? He could probably start next year at another school.
re: Time to claim 1908

Maybe because we weren't the best team in the country in 1908? I don't care if we claim it or not. There are legit arguments both ways. I am just not a fan of claiming titles that were awarded many decades after the season. I know other schools do it, so we could easily claim it if we wanted to. Do any of the top teams of 1908 claim it? The Ivy League type schools?
re: What caliber of receiver would you give away for Breece Hall?
Posted by GeauxTigers6447 on 10/12/23 at 1:29 pm
I think that is a fair trade offer, but RB depth is important. I would check your waiver wire and see if KJ Osborn or Jordan Addison is available first. Or someone else who might be able to fill in. I also lost Jefferson and I picked Osborn up. I know he won't put up Jefferson like numbers, but I am hoping he gives me enough to win a few games until Jefferson comes back. I don't expect anyone to replace Jefferson numbers, except for a few receivers no one wants to trade like Hill or Chase.

I think there is a reasonable chance K Ingram becomes the starter in Arizona, so keep an eye on him. I think he is being overlooked by most people. I don't think this a bad trade, I really like Swift, but I wouldn't do it. I think Joe B is going to turn things around and finish as a top 5 QB.
re: Trade advice

I would take that deal. There is risk with Jefferson, but the step down from Ekeler to Mixon is not that big IMO and well worth the upside potential of Jefferson. The Bengals offense has not been very good until last week, but I expect them to be much better the rest of the year and Mixon will benefit from that.

I think that trade is a great deal for you. I would take it.
re: Pick one out of the following 3 to start this week in the flex
Posted by GeauxTigers6447 on 10/12/23 at 12:55 pm
I would go Miles Sanders. I expect him to get the most touches and I think he has a higher floor. Obviously if any of them gets a TD they will be the top of this group, but TD's are hard to predict from game to game.

I would not do that deal. You need to get a lot more for Hill, but I wouldn't trade him. Work the waiver wire. Look for Keontay Ingram or Emari Demarcate. Maybe Brooks, Ahmed, or Jeff Wilson from Miami.
re: Trade Advice Needed - Week 6
Posted by GeauxTigers6447 on 10/10/23 at 6:56 pm
I would not do trades 1 or 2. I would try to work the waiver wire tonight. Go for KJ Osborne or one of the Dolphin RB's or both. You could get by with them until the starters get back. I though trade 3 looked good.
re: Trade Proposal

I would probably keep all of those running backs. Depth at RB is good and bye weeks are coming and injuries will happen and it is a long season. The only one of those RB's I would trade is Henry and I wouldn't trade him for a TE. Rather than trade away good RB's I would work the waiver wire.

Kelce gives you a clear advantage over every team you play at one position.
re: Another who would you keep
