One of my favorite hiking/backpacking areas within half- day drive is Sipsey Wilderness. Awesome place.

The word you are looking for is “inhospitable” and it’s also very obvious you’ve never in your life been to a game in Death Valley. Your improper use of the word couldn’t be further from the truth.

I know lots of people who have been, people from different fanbases. Absolutely nobody had anything good to say about their encounter. I went to one game against them at our stadium and it was the same way. The only fanbase that showed worse treatment that I’ve ever encountered was Memphis; difference is they have like 25,000 fans.
