I'm an electrician by trade that specializes in I&E,controls and B.A.S.Born and raise in south central Louisiana but live in Houston. The company I work with has deep ties to South Louisiana. See the whole problem is cannibus is not legal. It is still a cds1 and banned by federal government. State schools get federal money. The ncaa just enforces said schools policies. Until it become legal or at the minimum decriminalized and removed from cds1 status,it will always be against university policy for students and athletes.
