I was so shocked by Bama's uncharacteristic lack of defense last Saturday, maybe Oregon could take them. But then again, the offense did come up with 49 points. Oregon also has De'Anthony Thomas also and he's as fast an RB as there is in CF. Damn, I hope to see that game this year.

I realize Tennessee isn't the cream of the SEC, but they're still an SEC team and they were crushed by Oregon.
Who would win Oregon-Bama? If BCS, you give Saban 6 weeks to prepare, Bama wins. But a non-conference game with only a week to prepare? Probably the home team would win.
Still, it would be an awesome NC game. Screw Ohio State. All they have to do is beat thoroughly incompetent Big Ten teams to go undefeated.

What's so great about the Bama D? They gave up 42 points last week. Why is it a "foregone conclusion" they'll win the SEC again?

Herbstreit was gushing over Metterberger yesterday. Why? Can't remember the last time LSU won a game on the brilliant play of their QB.
