Former Texas wide receiver Johntay Cook was arrested on Tuesday for interfering with public duties and theft of property of greater than $100, according to multiple reports.

Cook, a former five-star prospect from Desoto, Texas, caught just 16 passes for 273 yards and two touchdowns over the past two years in Austin.

He transferred to Washington on Dec. 28 but parted ways with the Huskies program on Jan. 15.
