Jake Bentley, a four-star South Carolina quarterback commit announced Wednesday that he will bypass his final season of high school football and enroll in college this summer.

Bentley is from Opelika, AL (Opelika, HS).

His family moved so he would have had to go to a new high school. That played a factor in his decision. Plus College >>>> Highschool

Surprising people are willing to walk away from the greatest days of their lives and the purity of high school sports. I wish him the best but I'd give anything to have one more year in high school, lol!
