The kick looked like it hits the ref in the mid back. Hard to tell. Shithole countries only have potato cameras. Dudes a tPOS and should go to jail fasho. But attempted murder? Ehhhhh

He was knocked down and then intentionally kicked in the head by a guy who trains to kick things 12 hours a day for his entire life. I've spent a long time in kick boxing, I have actual dents in my shins. I can assure you that kick was easily lethal and delivered with no concern for that guys life. For an understanding, stop by your local mua tai gym and ask for the pro's to soften your thighs up for you. You'll fricking cry.
