According to ESPN.com, South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier went on a little tear when commenting on the rescheduling of the South Carolina-Georgia game, which will take place in Week 6 instead of Week 2. Spurrier said...
quote:

“I don’t know. I sort of always liked playing them that second game because you could always count on them having two or three key players suspended,”
And then he goes after Nick Saban. Why not?...
quote:

“He’s got a nice little gig going, a little bit like (John) Calipari,” Spurrier said, according to the report. “He tells guys, ‘Hey, three years from now, you’re going to be a first-round pick and go.’

“If he wants to be the greatest coach or one of the greatest coaches in college football, to me, he has to go somewhere besides Alabama and win, because they’ve always won there at Alabama.”

I hate Saban but he did win at LSU so the argument that he can only win at Bama goes out the window.

UGA must have not have had anyone suspended back when the old ball coach played at Florida.....he never beat them!

I agree with will. Didn't he do it already where it had not been done? Unless the ole ball coach is counting the 58 title.
