Following the Gators loss to Louisville Wednesday, backup LB Darrin Kitchens (who did not play in the game) made his way over to the portion of the Superdome closest to the Florida band. There, with his helmet proudly held high, he sang the Florida alma mater for one last time this season.

I listened to him speak at the FCA Sugar Bowl breakfast. This should not surprise you. Very classy kid.

Good For Him. I think too many fail to recognize that this is amateur sport. Even though the "big" money all around has all but destroyed that categorization.
