Just move to NE Oklahoma. Fayetteville is awesome, but I would never want to live there outside of college.

Stick to the weekly golf thread

If that record said 43-8 with a win over Bama in the NCG or last year, I think you would hear a lot less bitching.

I camp out every now and then during duck season in Kansas and as others have said, being prepared makes all the difference. Someone mentioned filling a water bottle with warm water. I took a rock that was somewhat close to our fire and put it in my sleeping bag before I went to bed. That extra heat was nice.

Zach's career will be overshadowed by a heartbreaking loss to Bama in '12 and a decent team showing in '13. In my opinion he is a really good QB who won't have the legacy he should when he leaves LSU. One of the best we have seen in P&G, really unfortunate we didn't get him for 4 years.

That video made it sound much louder then it was in section 214. It was audible, but nothing like that.

Please God somehow let the Tiger faithful live up to potential.

To hell with Johnny Football! This season isn't over. It's time to make Death Valley the toughest place to play in America come saturday. Screw the weather
I will cream my jeans if somehow by the grace of God TS is rocking on Saturday night. I know I'll be doing my part.
re: Took 4 year old Tigerdeacon Jr. to the stand this weekend . . .

Some of my favorite times in my life are in a stand, golf cart, or blind with my dad. When I was younger the conversation was very much how I assume yours went. A lot of questions about random stuff and the outdoors. Things you probably thought were completely random. I know I was a nuisance, but my dad didn't mind because he knew the bond we were forging.
As I became a teenager, the conversation shifted but not too much. I was still young and naive. We talked about girls, high school, staying out of trouble, making the right decisions, and all that other father/son stuff.
Now as a 22 year old about to graduate college, the conversation revolves around life, marriage, jobs, future kids, and all of the other challenges life throws your way as you grow up.
Point being, while the conversation changes, the bond has always been the same. I couldn't be anymore thankful to my dad for forging that and including me in that bond from such a young age. I grew up in the woods and my dad and I's relationship grew with that.
I applaud you for doing the same. Both of you will cherish it for the rest of your lives.

Geaux Hawks! Rowdy in Lawrence today.
Really thought that Cam would do a better job of utilizing the tight end. Before Cam though, I thought Deangelo Peterson had all the tools to be a stud TE, but he never got the looks he deserved.

I'll just wait until cyber monday and order everything.
Yes, as of about Friday. Unfortunately I don't bow hunt, but sat in a stand Saturday. Saw a few nice bucks that will be fun to kill in a couple years.
quote:This is what bugs me most especially after having met Zach personally during his time at Butler CC. He really is a great QB and good kid. He was much needed for LSU the last few years and it's unfortunate he will be associated with what some are calling the "decline" of LSU football.
I hate the kid won't have anything big to show for his two years here. He deserved better.

What a response to the last 2 drives. Our offense is our backbone.
How does Jalen Mills still have a scholarship.

Who is #26? That may be the slowest defensive back that I have ever seen.
Died doing free rope jumping or something. I found an article about this guy on stumble upon a while back.
Could you really ask for anything else? We have dominated this game on both sides of the ball so far. Mental mistakes early or that place could have been dead quiet. Bama hasn't seen anything like LSU
