Alabama freshman forward Devonta Pollard was arrested Tuesday afternoon in connection with the kidnapping of a six-year-old girl in Mississippi. He is facing one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping.

The alleged kidnapping took place on April 30 when Jashayla Hopson was abducted from her elementary school in Scooba, Miss. She was found unharmed the next day.

Pollard averaged 3.9 points and 3.1 rebounds for the Crimson Tide last season.

According to Tuscaloosanews.com, Pollard had not been working out with the team this offseason and was reportedly considering a transfer to a school closer to his hometown.

fightingtigers98 - you must be on that synthetic weed. You know, that kind where you test positive 15+ times and yet still remain on the team?

Basically, be quiet Kettle.
