The whole Bowl Ticket Allotment system is fricked up and only there to ensure money for the bowls, I don't think it truelly represents the schools fan support, but they use it as an innaccurate measuring device IMO...

Maybe one of those "I know a guy who knows a guy" type of stories, but that's it. The heat is a lot harder on dogs than the cold will be, I think the OP's dog will be fine....
