Ohio State WR Michael Thomas Goes After Alabama's Schedule
Mike Carter-USA TODAY Sports
Ohio State WR Michael Thomas jumped on Twitter Monday morning and started firing shots at Alabama, and the whole SEC for that matter, talking about strength of schedule. He has since deleted it, but here it is for ya...

I understand people questioning how and why Alabama is ranked #2, but it sure as hell shouldn't be coming from anyone associated with Ohio State.

Most of those teams were ranked when Bama beat them Michael .... stop whining. However the teams your team played weren't ranked at all and the only ranked team beat you with a back up Qb.

Part of the reason why those teams are "unranked" (meaning they were at some point, but then fell out of the Top 25 for various durations) is because they lost to Alabama. I'm sure with an Ohio State education, that's a fairly tough concept to grasp.

Here's the only ranking that matters - Ohio State: Not in the Top 4.

How many teams did Ohio State play that even had a winning record? 2?

Nice way to flip that. Most of those teams that are unranked were ranked when Bama played them.

He is right. The SEC is as bad as I have seen it in quite sometime. Alabama may be the #2 team but they are definitely living on the past accomplishments of the league. In my opinion, if all teams are one loss shouldn't the defending national champion that lost to the #5 ranked team get the benefit of the doubt over a team they spanked the year before that lost at home to a lower ranked team?

Sagarin also had Alabama vs Florida State as the final top 2 last season. What's that tell you? I love LSU and the SEC but it is not a good league right now.

Wisconsin is now ranked. A team from their own conference that they didnt play. Tennessee and LSU will finish the season ranked. Arkansas would have won 10 games playing OSUs schedule. What is he smoking?

Very true. Most of the teams were ranked during the season and pretty solid teams. Buckeyes have played the softest schedule I've seen in a long time, and still couldn't pull it off. Better yet they struggled all year to beat bad teams.

LSU was unranked when they played them? You can't help where the teams end up. When they played LSU they were #2 in the country. If Alabama gets ahold of Ohio State it's gonna be ugly.

OSU can trash talk Alabama all day after that beating they gave them last season.

Charleston Southern is ranked in the FCS.
