SEC Networks' Paul Finebaum unveiled his new top four teams in college football on Monday and left the SEC out of the playoff picture.

His top teams are Baylor, TCU, Ohio State and Utah.

The Big 12 will probably be in the same position as last year since they don't play a conference championship game. I think they struggle to get 1 in again.
