It's absurd that people think a bat flip violates etiquette. Baseball is a slow, low-action sport, played too often by guys who look like they're asleep. A little spice is a good thing.

That was a walk off bomb against a rival. Of course he pimped it. Good for him for doing so. Does the other team think he's a douche sure, but nobody's gonna throw at him for that. Some of you who think you know baseball etiquette don't know shite about college baseball and the passion involved.

"Do that in the majors and the pitcher will put one in your ear the next time you come to the plate."

If somebody threw a hard object at my head as hard as they could, I'm coming after them with the bat I'm holding in my hand.

I love when players/fans get salty about baseball etiquette. It's more entertaining than the game.

There are times when this has been done and it looks super douchey. This one didn't bother me really.

People offense to a simple bat flip and celebration is why its tough for me to watch baseball. Kid just crushed a game winning ball. and yes he got the best. Why get mad. Play better pitch better. The game lacks emotions.

I like watching the rangers every blue moon but would never be a season ticket holder or pay top dollar for a game.
