How in the Blue Hell are we a 2 point underdog? I'd have that shite pinned to the bulletin board. It's time to prove some people wrong and wreck shite.

To be fair they have a home-field advantage and almost beat the fightin illini at their place, but still we should win

20-14 Dores win

I sure hope we can handle them pretty well to reap some rewards from the noticeable improvements this team has made.

One positive to me is that ever since the schedule was announced I thought Georgia and Ole Miss looked like our toughest games. So far this year that looks to be the case and since they are out of the way the potential for some good wins appears very possible from here on out.

I don't think it's much of a home-field advantage, honestly. They're 30 minutes down the road. Hell, the team might even stay at the same hotel they do for home games then drive down to Murfreesboro for the game. The crowd also won't be really big enough to influence things. There are still a ton of tickets. I'm thinking about going, and can get a good group through MTSU for 32 bucks to sit like 25 rows behind our bench.

I'd love to get to go. I've wanted to catch a game there for a while anyway.

I struggle with money and time with a family of six including a newborn. Makes going to games difficult.

Same thoughts here. Probably going. I'll be the old guy unless Cheesegrits shows up.

I prefer to tailgate with some Pepsi and bourbon personally. You and your highfalutin craft beer establishment...

Update: I will be attending! Getting some cheap tix from a fellow Vandy fan who bought more for a larger group. Let's Anchor Down in Murfreesboro.

I resemble that remark - just 4 kids though

if I lived in Nashville, I would find a way to get my boys to a Vandy game, my dad took me and my brothers to UGA and Falcons games a bunch - it will be an investment you will be glad you made (understand that this week may not be feasible, but if you can find a way, I recommend that you do)

I can't wrap my head around taking my kids to a UAB Blazers game here in the Ham (when they come back - never went before); but Vandy plays in a great area.

I am taking 2 of my kids to the UGA / Mizzou game

Your comment hit me in the feels and brought back memories...
