Looks like on paper as even of a game as VU has had all season. Personally think the key is using our ground game to chew up yards and the clock and keep OM off the field.

Agreed. And turnovers will be key, I just hope they go our way!

Winning the turnover margin will go a long way.

I'd also like to see us jump out early like the Kentucky game. Getting an early lead could build momentum for the rest of the game.

It's going to be a great game, but I worry how fired up they'll be after the beat down from Georgia last week, especially since this'll be in Oxford. The key will be how well we contain Scott. He keeps their drives alive. I'm not so worried about Moncrief; our pass defense has been stellar this year. I just hope we don't have any stupid calls that are made just to be brazen and give them a short field. (see Auburn game).

This one will be pretty tough. Will need a turnover or two to help slow down OM's offense. Keep it close so that you don't have to get away from the run game (which favors Vandy big time).

Didn't really need any turnover, the defense just played super well and slowed down Freeze's O.

A lot of the Ole Miss fans contend that Freeze's conservative play calling slowed down their O. I haven't seen them enough this year to know. Holding them to field goals on three red zone trips turned out to be huge...
