Turns out that it is Georgia at 19.81 years. This year should be interesting. I heard Kirby talking about Indiana and some of the recent National Championship teams lately and how they were the older teams. One of the reasons why everyone is favoring ND this year.

When we aren't taking 24 year olds out of the transfer portal and build our team around recruiting, this is going to be a rough average age that we see going forward.
The good news is that we have returned a huge number of starting positions (reported as 16) and snaps.
