Was just there. Apparently these are clay and super thin. I checked two and neither hade a "made in" marking. Based on thickness, now way they came over on boat.
Side note...last time I was in "the" bookstore, I noticed them using some very non Uga red on certain dress shirts.

Eastside was the shite. That alps parking lot is a mess.
And I honestly go 50/50 on Publix/Kroger. Publix has better produce IYAM.

I've got an "in" with Bruce Lucia. We are about to have this resolved.

Can I get a quick summary of exactly which locations are carrying these?
And are they really crimson?
If they aren't UGA red it's because UGA has trademaked their red. Seriously.
ETA--- apparently he was at my wedding reception at Hotel Indigo... I may need to use more couth than going balls deep on him.
Before I go balls deep in the Kroger CEO, I need some facts.

Mine looks different than those.
I just took a photo on my phone but don't know how to host it somewhere so I can link the photo.
I've had mine out front for about 4 years.

No Dawsonville but we have them here too
I don't go to Kroger, but I live in Dawsonville.
My wife worked at Kroger as a cashier when she was a teenager in the Lilburn area. For some reason, she doesn't like shopping at Kroger. Either they didn't take care of the employees back then or she just has some hard feelings about things.

2 years working there with minimum wage. There is almost no raise between baggers, cashiers, and managers

I worked there for 4.25/h and the union thugs deducted dues and benefits that i would never be eligible to recieve.
But i came home with more ones than a stripper, with my dignity intact and no urge to cut myself just to feel something again.

I have seen them at 3/4 different Atlanta locations. Somewhere between crimson and scarlet. Nowhere near Georgia. Plus, the face looks hideous.

Have you thought of restaurants?
The hours may be somewhat limited (or suck depending on where and how often you work).
But waiting tables is a great way to learn basic people skills/selling. And you're more likely to make $10+ per hour unless your restaurant is a ghost town. I've got family working 2 nights a week in Cumming and bringing in $25/hour just working from 6 till close which is typically till about 10:30 or 11.
I remember about 15-20 years ago... Taco Bell in Suwanee was starting people out at $10/hour (stealing all of the talented kitchen guys that we had in our restaurant making that much after 3 years).
Timing is everything. I'm sure there is some business hungry for good people somewhere

Represents our success. Shameful.

WGAS? If it said "UGA" or "Dawgs" on it then I'd think you'd have a case but it was clearly done to avoid any trademark/licensing issues.
If you really want a authentic ceramic/concrete Uga there are plenty out there.

Yeah i've seen these horrible things in Kennesaw & Acworth so they definitely have been making their way outside of Athens. They are terrible. We have 2 statues and ours look like they were painted/sculpted by Michaelangelo compared to those ugly things.
