I think so.
Luke was a great hire for him and he ought to listen to him.
Better get the team up for Baylor. An ugly loss will hurt recruiting.

Pretty sure our team doesn't even want to play this game. Half the damn roster is noping the frick out.
Meanwhile, games like this is what puts programs on the map so you know Baylor or none of there studs are like - nah man we like going to the NFL and uhhh, see ya.

Hurt recruiting???? We are currently sitting at #4 in the recruiting rankings with a legit shot at #1.
You can get onto Kirby about some things but to question his recruiting is ridiculous.

Uhhh---I was a Georgia fan before you were born. Graduated there. I know several of the 80 team members personally.
I am disappointed the UGA fans tolerate mediocracy these days the way the do. The UGA fans will pay coaches as well as anyone does but do not expect championships. Look at Goof and Richt and now Kirby. I know some Bainbridge folks and was really excited about his hire. I am disappointed in his seemingly lack of ability to get the players to play every game---UT and South Carolina the best examples of late.
Fans should expect him to have the team ready to play and should expect him to take the Sugar Bowl seriously. A lot of money is on the line and pride should be on the line.
BUT I have lived in Louisiana 35 years and sent kids to LSU and I am now a LSU fan first and UGA fan when they aren't playing LSU.

Not up to the fans but if you know anything about our athletic dept through the years they have a well deserved reputation as notorious cheapskates.We didn't open up the purse strings til Kirby got here .

Kirby is good guy but he has to do something about their performance the last two years. The SEC east is not the pansy league it has been the last 10 years. UT and UF have made turnaround changes and AU, the annual West opponent, is scary. Add Bama to the 2020 schedule and it is clear the 10 give me games are not there any more.
I think Luke was a very good hire.
