Why is Ladd’s hand wrapped?

It appears that Ladd’s hand is injured. Not my pic, was taken from UGAs post when they hosted special needs kids.

looks like its wrapped for a contusion on the top of his hand. Doesn't appear to be bothering him, so probably nothing but precautionary

The good news is he looks like he had been practicing enough to work up a sweat which means he should be fully ready to go against UF
