What's the deal with DL 'Seven Cloud'?

Ok, maybe its been discussed and I missed it, but what's the deal with this kid? I know he had academic and injury issues coming out of HS and ended up in JUCO. Now, he's the #1 ranked JUCO player in the country, Last year he had 50 tackles and 6 sacks, can squat 600+ lbs and sounds like an immediate impact on the DL kinda guy. Then I read he's got an NIL deal. Then I read this little blurb from a recent article...
"Despite Cloud closing his recruitment in April, it still appears he’s considering other options. Cloud has official visits scheduled with South Carolina, Florida State, LSU, North Carolina and Georgia, per 247Sports."
What the?...so, he closes his recruitment BUT still taking visits?? What the heck does that mean!?
So...any of you guys that keep up with all this stuff got the 411 on this?

Agent Drew Rosenhous is involved. Reports from others with inside sources say this is still looking positive for UGA.

Many guys do this just to have fun, visit different places, get pampered and fed. I wouldn't read too much into it.

These are giant men but mentally immature kids dealing with some of the most persuasive people in the country. Then factor in money, parents, agents, etc.
